    For this bread, we have once again taken inspiration from Land Alice Gustafsson and her living farm Skallskog. She grew up in Landgården, where baking crispbread was part of the daily routine. After many years as a baker at Leksands Knäckebröd, Alice has now retired to her childhood farm where she continues to bake her crispbread. Fäbodknäcke Seeds and Sea Salt The delicious meeting of flavors and textures of seeds and sea salt inspired us to bake this crispy whole grain crisp. We’ve topped it with millet and yellow flaxseeds, which have a nutty and slightly sweet flavor that is offset by the saltiness of sea salt. The millet provides that extra bit of chewing resistance. The crisp is made from pure ingredients from Sweden, the way we have always baked since the beginning of the 19th century.
