Description
For this bread, we have once again taken inspiration from Land Alice Gustafsson and her living farm Skallskog. She grew up in Landgården, where baking crispbread was part of the daily routine. After many years as a baker at Leksands Knäckebröd, Alice has now retired to her childhood farm where she continues to bake her crispbread. Fäbodknäcke sourdough is a luxurious, dark, rich and robust crispbread that is just as suitable for the everyday table as for parties. In addition to sourdough, there’s malt and flaxseed for that extra chewing resistance. A little crunchier and a little thinner with a lovely homemade flavor.
