1 Normalbaked crispbread
½ cup crème fraiche
3 slices of bacon
1 small yellow onion butter or oil to fry
1 pinch of sugar
30 g fresh leaf spinach
1/2 finely chopped garlic cloves
60 g mozzarella
½ cup coarse-grained Gruyère
flake salt and freshly ground black pepper
Butter and oil
Preheat oven to 225 degrees
Shred the onion and fry it soft in a frying pan with butter, a pinch of sugar and a little salt.
It should not be burnt but merely caramelized.
Place the onion on a plate and then fry the spinach in the frying pan
Once softened, add the garlic and let it fry for a while. Just remember not to burn the garlic.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spred the crème fraiche on the crispbread and spread the onion and spinach over the pizza.
Divide the bacon once in length and place over the pizza.
Season with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Finish with mozzarella broken into smaller pieces and grated cheese.
Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes.
