Tomato sauce for two pizzas:
400 gr passed tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients

For the pizza you need:
tomato sauce
350 gr grated pizza cheese
2 pcs. round Organic Leksand’s crispbread
100 gr sliced zucchini
100 g sliced eggplant
100 g black cabbage
200 gr green asparagus
50 gr split cherry tomatoes
50 gr arugula
100 gr tzatziki


1. Preheat oven to 225 °.
2. Start by spreading the tomato sauce and then sprinkle the grated cheese over the tomato sauce.
3. Slice zucchini, eggplant and salt these lightly.
4. Chop the black cabbage and pour some olive oil, salt and pepper over it.
5. Turn asparagus in olive oil, salt and pepper.
6. Chop the cherry tomatoes in the middle.
7. Spread the topping on the pizza and bake for 8-9 minutes.
8. When you have finished baking, add a little basil and tzatziki.
9. Chop and serve.
