Ingredients
Crispbread crispy squares
¼ cup chopped tomato
2 tablespoons chopped basil
Cottage cheese
Romaine lettuce
Pepper
Directions
1.
Mix all ingredients together and spread the cream cheese on one of the salad leaves.
2.
Spredd the filling onto the sallad leaf and pepper a little. Finish with a salad leaf and a crispbread.
3.
Roll into paper and take with you.
