Ingredients

1 piece Leksands mountain crispbread
1 slice of Cold smoked salmon
2 tsp Cream cheese (eg Philadelphia cheese or Cantadou)
1 tsp Horseradish
3 chopped Walnuts

Directions

1.

Chop the salmon and mix it with the creme cheese.

2.

Mix in the horseradish,  Leave to stand for a few minutes.

3.

Place the salmonmix on the crispbread and spread the chopped walnuts on top.

4.

Garnish with a dill twig.
