Since 1817 our family has baked crispbread here in Häradsbygden. Our philosophy is that we only bake with natural ingredients grown as close to our bakery as possible, no additives or other bakery aids are used. The water comes from a spring underneath the bakery. The environment is important to us and we have been fossil-free since 2013 and recycle all energy at least once.
