1. general
Leksands Crispbread sells goods via the internet to private individuals and companies in Sweden with a personal or organization number. The Swedish Consumer Purchase Act applies.
To shop, you must be over 18 years old or have parental permission.
2. orders
Orders are placed in the online shop on our website www.leksands.se. Placing an order means that you accept our terms of purchase. A purchase agreement is only concluded when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. We reserve the right to correct orders after order confirmation has been sent if delivery for some reason cannot take place.

3. prices
All prices in the store are in SEK and all prices include VAT. Shipping cost will be added.
We reserve the right for price changes caused by price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
4. payment
Pay in 14 days. Together with Klarna AB, we offer a service that allows you to shop against invoice. The usual credit check takes place immediately when you apply for this in the shopping cart. As a customer, you undertake to pay within the specified time for the chosen payment method. Payment after the due date may result in late fees and interest. It is also possible to pay by card via klarna.
5. shipping and delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days.
PLEASE NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday at the earliest, provided that we have the item in stock. Once the goods have left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility passes to the shipping companies who deliver your order within the specified time for the selected shipping method. Leksands Knäckebröd AB cannot provide any delay guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of ordering or for goods that have left our warehouse. 6. unclaimed parcels
We reserve the right to charge the costs of handling uncollected packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 149 if a package is not collected. The shipment is with the parcel agent for 14 days (Schenker, DHL Service Point and Post Nord) before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you must first pick up the package and then return as described above.
7 Right of withdrawal and return

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance and Home Sales Act. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods. However, a prerequisite is that the product is unused and undamaged. If the goods are not in unchanged condition, we may make a price deduction corresponding to the depreciation of the goods.
Please note that foodstuffs are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
Please use the prepaid return label included in your delivery and attach it to the package, then hand in the package to your agent and keep the return receipt. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery.
7.1 Repayment
If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you move the due date forward yourself. You can do this at klarna.se or by calling 08-120 120 25.
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the entire purchase price including any shipping costs (not return shipping) as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days according to the Distance Contracts Act.
8. product information
We reserve the right for any misprints on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.
9. complaints and grievances
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake to rectify the fault free of charge in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
9.1 How do you make a complaint?
Any errors and defects should always be reported to webbutiken@leksands.se or call us at 0247-448 20, stating your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
If we are unable to rectify the fault or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow the guidelines of the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
10. Personal data
By shopping at Leksands Knäckebröd AB, you accept our Privacy Policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your information to third parties without a legal basis.

What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address details for delivery. Email address and / or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
