1. General
Leksands Knäckebröd sells goods via the internet to private individuals and companies with personal or organization numbers. Swedish Consumer Purchase Act applies.
To shop, you must be over 18 or have a guardian’s permission.
2. Orders
Orders are placed in the online store on our website www.leksands.se. Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase. A purchase agreement is only made when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you specified. We reserve the right to correct orders after order confirmation has been sent if delivery cannot take place for any reason.

3. Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include VAT. Shipping costs are added and depend on which shipping option you choose when ordering.
We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
4. Payment
Pay in 14 days. Together with Klarna AB, we offer a service that makes it possible for you to shop against an invoice. The usual credit check takes place immediately when you apply for this in the shopping cart. As a customer, you undertake to pay within the specified time for the selected payment method. Payment after the due date may result in late fees and interest. It is also possible to pay by card via Klarna.
5. Shipping and delivery
At checkout you can choose between different shipping methods. Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days.
ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends are shipped no earlier than the following Monday, provided we have the item in stock. When the goods have left our warehouse, delivery responsibility passes to the shipping companies that deliver your order within the specified time for the selected shipping method. Leksands Knäckebröd AB cannot provide any delay guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of ordering or for goods that have left our warehouse. 6. Unclaimed packages
We reserve the right to charge the costs for handling that arise in the case of unclaimed packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 149 if a package is not collected. The shipment is with the parcel agent for 14 days (Schenker, DHL Service Point and Post Nord) before it is returned to us. Please therefore note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you must first pick up the package and then return it as described above.
7. Right of withdrawal and return

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. The cancellation period starts from the day you received the item. A condition, however, is that the item is unused and undamaged. If the item is not in unchanged condition, we may make a price deduction corresponding to the item’s decrease in value.
Please note that food is exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
Please use the pre-paid return label included in your delivery and attach to the package, then return the package to your agent and save the return receipt. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery.
7.1 Refund
If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you move the due date forward yourself. You can do this at klarna.se or by calling 08-120 120 25. When we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the entire purchase price as soon as possible, including possible shipping costs (not the return shipping), but no later than within 30 days according to the Distance Contracts Act.
8. Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.
9. Claims and complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
9.1 How do you proceed with complaints?
Any errors and defects must always be reported to webbutiken@leksands.se or call us on 0247-448 20 where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
10. Personal data
By shopping at Leksands Knäckebröd AB, you accept our Privacy Policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than is necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your data to third parties without a legal basis.
Leksands Knäckebröd AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer. Your personal data is used by us in order to process your order.

10.2 What data do we store?
In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, social security number, mobile and phone number, e-mail address, IP address.
Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.
10.3 Legal Basis
In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you.
10.4 What information is shared and for what purpose?
10.4.1 Payment provider
When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Klarna.
10.4.2 Shipping company
In order to deliver your orders and complete our contract, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
The shipping companies we work with are DHL, Schenker and Post Nord.
10.4.3 Newsletter
We do not use newsletters for marketing.
10.5 The Right of Access
You have the right to receive extracts from all information that we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.
10.6 Right to rectification
You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.
10.7 The right to be forgotten
You can at any time request that the data relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it must be kept because we have to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).
10.8 Responsible for data protection
Leksands Knäckebröd AB is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed.
10.9 How we protect your personal data

11. Information about Cookies

All content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads and other software, belongs to Leksands Knäckebröd AB or our suppliers and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.
13. Force Majeure
Leksands Knäckebröd AB is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill a certain obligation according to this agreement, if the failure is based on an exculpatory circumstance as described below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays fulfillment. Such as liberating circumstance shall be considered, among other things, a. authority action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage or major accident. Force majeure includes authority decisions that affect the market and products negatively, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market.
