For this bread we have taken inspiration from Land Alice Gustafsson and her living farm Skallskog. She grew up in Landgården, where baking crispbread was part of the daily routine. After many years as a baker at Leksands Knäckebröd, Alice has now retired to her childhood farm where she continues to bake her crispbread. Fäbodknäcke is a little crunchier and thinner with a lovely home-baked flavor. A slightly more luxurious bread for festive occasions.
