Triangle Flavor of the Year

This Year’s Christmas Crispbread is our tribute to Christmas and all its flavors. Every year, our bakers get to create the season’s special Christmas treat—and this year, they’ve combined the aromatic flavor of star anise with our classic rye crispbread. The result is a hearty and crispy bread with a well-rounded character and a warm aroma that evokes the spirit of Christmas.

Baked in Leksand with water from our own spring and Swedish whole-grain rye flour—just as it has been for six generations before us. A bread to share with family and friends, to accompany the herring on the Christmas table, the Christmas cheeses, and all the good times in between.
