Description
Crispy Brownbaked Squares is baked in the same way as Normal Baked except that it is baked a little longer in the oven. This makes the bread a little browner and gives it a richer flavor. To make the bread chequered, it is nailed with a special rolling pin. The squares rise to form airy cushions, making the bread tender and crisp. Mini Rut is a children’s favorite, fun to break into bite-sized pieces for soup and pasta or to put directly into the mouth.
