A robust crispbread with lots of flavor. Baked with sourdough! We set the dough with sourdough and some yeast before letting it rise for a really, really long time. Then we roll the crisp with rutnagg and bake it extra hot to get a really rich flavor. Out of the oven comes a Mini-Rut with a character all of its own.
