Crispy Squares Normalbaked 200 g

Mini Rut is baked according to our old family recipe using only natural ingredients: whole grain rye, water from our own source, yeast and a pinch of salt. The dough is nailed with a special rolling pin that makes the bread crusty. As well as looking nice, the bread is also tender and crisp. The children’s favorite, Mini-Rut, is fun to break into bite-sized pieces for soup and pasta or to put directly in your mouth.
