Fäbodknäcke Halfmoon

For this bread, we have taken inspiration from Land Alice Gustafsson and her living pasture in Skallskog. She grew up on Landgården, where baking crispbread was a natural part of everyday life.

Fäbodknäcke Halfmoon is a thin and crisp crispbread with a distinct rye flavor and fine character. The light, crispy feel makes it just as good with a simple sandwich as with more generous toppings or why not with a dip.

Now it comes in a shape that fits nicely in your hand and makes it easy to break, top and enjoy – just like crispbread should be.
